Staff Regulations

Here you will find all regulations for staff members in-game and in the communications server.

Rules

  • All staff members must abide by the regulations in our rules channel.
  • All staff need to wear their uniform while at the store.

  1. Abusing admin, the staff panel, or any permissions will result in consequences. Refer to the Punishment Guide for details.
  2. Professionalism is required while in public eye. Assistant Supervisor+ should utilize proper grammar in all Avenue games. Behaving unprofessionally reflects badly on our group.
  3. Please remember to work while at the store. Messing around looks bad and leads to an increase in unsatisfied guests. Staff members who mess around at the store will not be promoted.
  4. For hosting shifts and trainings:
    • Store Executive+ can host training sessions
    • Assistant Manager+ can host shifts
    • Store Executive+ can supervise the store
  5. Please respect all decisions made by SHRs.
  6. Do not instigate drama. If you have an issue with a fellow staff member, please report it to a Junior Administrator+. Keep all personal drama OUT of the staff team.
  7. Do not make unnecessary announcements with the announcement feature on the staff panel.
  8. Don't intervene with Junior Administrator+ moderation. We know what we're doing, and minimods are not needed nor appreciated.
  9. Hinting for a promotion for yourself or another staff member is prohibited.
  10. Simping for Junior Administrator+ will not be tolerated. Please don't suck up to Junior Administrator+ staff for promotions.
  11. Don't try to find ways to avoid these rules. Use common sense at all times.
