Punishment Guide

This guide is intended for everyone.

Below is a list of rules and the punishment that is given for breaking them. Some rules may only apply to staff, some may apply to everyone.

Some things to note:

  • Higher ranks may receive more severe punishments.
  • All of the listed punishments are subject to change based on the severity of the user's actions.
  • Not all punishments are listed here. Use common sense.

Punishments

Staff Punishments

Lack of understandable EnglishLogged warning and a demotion to Customer if repeatedLRs and MRsFirstly, check if the staff member has lacked understandable English in the past by searching their current username and any past usernames. If the player has no past history of lacking understandable English, issue a warning and log it in that channel. In your warning log, provide evidence of the staff member lacking understandable English, as well as proof of the warning given to them. If this is the player's second offense, rank them to Customer. Be sure to also log the demotion in that channel using the proper format, REGARDLESS of the player's rank.
Unprofessionalism (trolling, spamming, refusing to wear the correct uniform, dancing or standing on elevated surfaces, advertising in-game, disrespecting/arguing with/ignoring an HR, etc.)Demotion to CustomerStaffRun the command :ban (username) (reason). MR+ Punishments

Hinting for a promotionLogged warning and a demotion to CustomerTeam Leader+For the first offense, issue a warning and log it using the format provided in the pinned messages. Be sure to include face-to-face evidence of both the warning and the MR hinting for a promotion. If the MR hints again, you must demote them to Customer, providing evidence of the hinting. For the second offense, face-to-face evidence of the demotion is not required, as you are not issuing a warning. For HRs, start by issuing a verbal warning and documenting the incident with evidence in a ticket. If the issue persists, submit another ticket.
