Host Scripts

What to say and when to say it. Only follow this if you're the Host or Co-Host.

Before Claiming

Find an HR to announce the training at all store servers with at least 5 players. Make sure they use the right format.

Arrive at the Training Center between XX:30 and XX:40. Be on time. Miss your claimed session without notice repeatedly, and you'll face punishment.

Claiming Time

At XX:30, the Host, Co-Host, and rankers should join the Training Center.

To claim: click the message at the top that says "Click here to host one!" A GUI pops up with a "Claim" button. Read the info first, then press it. The "No training is being hosted" message disappears, and your session goes live.

At XX:45, the Co-Host posts the first group shout. Templates are in the designated area.

Critical: After claiming, DO NOT LEAVE THE SERVER. Leaving gets you consequences. If your internet is unstable, don't claim.

After Claiming

As LRs join, encourage them to find a seat at a table.

Host: Welcome to all of our staff members joining! Everyone should be sitting at any of the available tables. I will come around and answer any questions you may have.

Use the :m command for this. Keep saying it when necessary, but don't spam it.

The Host and Co-Host stand near the front. LRs should sit or stand at tables.

Training Begins (XX:00)

At XX:00, LRs sit quietly at tables. MRs and HRs go to their stations. Host uses /e :slock to stop more LRs from joining. Co-Host posts the second group shout.

Host: Greetings, everyone! Welcome to today's training session! My name is (username), and I am your host.

Co-Host: Hello, everyone! My name is (username), and I am your co-host for today's training session. I wish you the best of luck.

Co-Host: Before we commence, I ask everyone to remain silent at all times. You will be watching a presentation before being trained.

Host: The presentation lasts a few minutes, and we request that you give it your full attention. This presentation teaches you vital information for your success.

Co-Host: Please note that speaking or distracting others is prohibited during this time, and you will be removed from the server if caught doing so.

Host and Co-Host monitor trainees during the presentation.

To start it: click "Host Settings" at the bottom left, then press "Begin." If "Host Settings" doesn't appear, rejoin immediately. The slideshow only plays once. Tell LRs they can click monitors for a better view.

After the Presentation

Once the Presentation's over. LRs are required to stay silent and wait for instructions.

Host: Thank you for paying attention during the presentation. You will now receive further instructions about this training.

Co-Host: LRs, be sure to remain in your seats. The training has now officially begun.

Host: Now that training has begun, all chatting must stop. Any messages sent from this point forward will result in a removal from the server.

Host: During this session, you will be given important information about the procedures for working in Avenue's cafe and checkout areas. After completing this training, you will receive the Department Supervisor rank.

At this point, jump down from the stage into the demo area. You'll show them how the registers work.

Kick anyone who goes idle during training.

Cafe Training

Host: We will begin with the cafe procedures.

Host: Due to Roblox chat restrictions, you may be unable to communicate with certain customers. If a customer cannot chat with you, please direct them to the self-ordering machines.

Host: I will begin by showing you how to use the CafePOS Registers.

Host: You are expected to pay attention, as this is one of the key things you'll be using in-store.

Host: Before we begin, I will show you how to make a coffee. Please pay attention, and avoid going AFK, as the information is for your success.

Host: Firstly, click on the mug. When you have the mug, put in the type of coffee the guest told you to make. I'll show you an example, please watch closely.

Demo time: Show them how to make coffee by placing the mug on the dispenser.

Host: We also have a slush machine at Avenue that allows our guests to choose from a variety of different flavored slushies.

Host: This machine requires a COLD CUP.

Host: To dispense a slush, simply place the COLD CUP up to the slush dispenser of your choice.

Host: If you want to use the handto system, click the H key if you are on a PC.

Host: If you are on mobile, click the button on the left side of your screen to begin the process.

Host: Now that you've seen how to make drinks, you will now watch me demonstrate how to use our register.

If you don't have a co-host, teleport a trainee in so you can demo the register. Tell them to stand in front of it using :m.

Host: You begin by clicking start transaction.

Host: Next, find the customer's username, as shown on their name tag.

Host: Next, you input the items they want. They will tell you this. If they cannot talk, redirect them to the SelfServs.

Host: Finally, activate the card reader, and have them pay.

Host: You may use the !notepad command to write down customer orders.

Host: Always sign out of your register before leaving the cafe.

Host: We will now move on to the checkout procedures.

Host: When a customer approaches your checkout register, greet them politely and professionally.

Host: Before assisting with a purchase, equip your Staff Card from your inventory and swipe it on the computer. This only needs to be done once.

Host: After confirming you are signed in, click on the Start Transaction button. You will scroll through a list and find your customer. The computer will automatically detect their items and display them on your screen.

Host: Click Finalize Transaction in the top right corner of the screen and select Pay with Cash Card.

Host: Once payment is complete, the customer will receive their items. Wish them an enjoyable rest of their day.

Host: To sign out, click Sign Out before moving to another station.

Host: All essential information for your success has been covered.

Host: If you encounter any trollers in the store, report them to an available Store Executive or higher.

Host: For further assistance, refer to the group’s social links or speak with an in-game HR.

Host: To receive future promotions, you must attend shifts and demonstrate professionalism, strong grammar, and hard work. Shifts are hosted daily, and the full schedule is available in the staff room.

Host: I will now approach each of you individually to rank you. Do not leave the server.

Host: Those who are Senior Team Members will be promoted to Assistant Team Leader. To get promoted from there, you have to attend shifts.

Run the :info command on each LR before kicking. This ensures each LR has been ranked correctly.

Host: Stay online until the ranker dismisses you, saying that you have been ranked. It has been a pleasure training you.

Training Conclusion

Now that the training has ended, there should be no more trainees in the server. Only you and your training staff.

Once everyone is ranked, do :shutdown Concluded. Nothing else. No feedback sessions, no hanging around.

Leave when you're done training or once you've been ranked.

Co-Host posts the final group shout. Templates are in the designated area.

If a Junior Administrator or higher wants a photo at the end, follow their directions.
